Terms of service
Website terms of use
Effective 26 August 2026 · WARCRY SERIES Drop 01 · South Africa only
1. Permitted use
You may use warcry.store to view WARCRY content, build a lawful personalised design, place an order and contact us. You may not interfere with the store, bypass security or validation, submit malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, or use the customiser to submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content.
2. Accounts and checkout
Customer accounts are optional. Only a person who is at least 18 years old and legally able to place an order may complete checkout. By completing checkout, you confirm that you meet those requirements. If the wearer or recipient is a minor, or any personal information submitted for the order concerns a minor, the purchaser must be that minor’s parent or legal guardian and must authorise the processing necessary to confirm, make, deliver and support the order.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered at checkout and for protecting any account or payment credentials used on your device. Shopify’s secure checkout collects the delivery and payment information needed to complete an order.
3. Availability and errors
We aim to keep the store accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may correct an obvious technical, pricing, stock, dispatch or content error before accepting an order. If an error affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the remedy required by law.
4. Intellectual property
All WARCRY branding, artwork, layout, copy, images, video and customiser code are owned by or licensed to WARCRY. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission, except where law allows.
5. Third-party services and links
The store relies on Shopify, the active payment provider and other service providers. A link or embedded service does not mean WARCRY controls every third-party system. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
6. Privacy
Use of personal information is explained in the Privacy & POPIA Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms prospectively. The terms shown when an order is accepted continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer and agreed.
8. Law and severability
South African law applies. If a clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to the extent legally possible. Nothing in these website terms overrides mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
