Terms of Sale

Terms and conditions of sale

Effective 26 August 2026 · WARCRY SERIES Drop 01 · South Africa only

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply when you use warcry.store or place an order with Atlas and Co (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/404823/07), trading as WARCRY SERIES, for Drop 01. By ordering, you confirm that you reviewed the product, colour, size, surname, number, price, delivery details and these terms, and that your information is accurate. Mandatory South African consumer rights always prevail.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to place the order. If the wearer or recipient is a minor, or any personal information submitted for the order concerns a minor, the purchaser must be that minor’s parent or legal guardian and must authorise the processing necessary to confirm, make, deliver and support the order.

2. Product and digital preview

Drop 01 is a made-to-order personalised tee released through four time-limited editions. Each edition keeps the WARCRY identity while changing a visible artwork detail; the edition artwork shown when you order is combined with your surname and number as the production artwork. The screen image is a digital preview, so colour, drape and small placement differences may occur; final artwork is checked before pressing. Blanks are sourced through a Cape Town supplier, then personalised, assembled, quality-checked and packed at WARCRY’s Montana fulfilment and dispatch site. Skooch collects finished parcels there and routes them through its delivery network. This does not claim that the blank garment was made in South Africa. Every tee has its own handwritten thank-you note from Tim and Garfield.

Long surnames may be reduced proportionally to fit the approved print area. That adjustment preserves the spelling and overall design system; it does not add, remove or reorder characters.

3. Your personalisation approval

Check the current edition artwork, spelling, number, colour and size before saving and again before paying. Each tee is a separate basket line that may be edited, duplicated or removed before checkout. After successful payment, we will contact every customer using the order email or mobile number to confirm the saved name, number, size, colour, delivery address and estimated delivery window before production release. This is an error check, not an unlimited redesign or a second selection window; requested changes may already be impossible.

Please reply promptly. Production remains on hold until the saved details are confirmed; if a delayed response affects the estimated delivery window, we will contact you with the revised position.

4. Sizes and garment selection

Drop 01 uses a 230G heavyweight, 100% combed-cotton tee in the colours and S–3XL sizes shown on the product page. Compare a similar shirt laid flat with the finished-garment centimetre chart before choosing. The approved garment specification notes possible manufacturing or fabric variance but gives no numeric tolerance. A size chosen by the customer is not a defect merely because the fit preference later changes, but goods that are incorrectly supplied or do not meet statutory quality standards remain covered by law.

5. Prices and promotions

All prices are in South African rand. Atlas and Co (Pty) Ltd is not VAT registered and is not a VAT vendor; no VAT amount is charged or represented. One tee is R999, delivery included. Every complete pair in one order is R1,599, delivery included—an automatic R399 saving compared with two one-tee orders. The basket and checkout show the final amount. There is no customer quantity cap, subject to availability and rejection of abnormal, fraudulent or invalid orders.

6. Order submission and acceptance

Submitting payment is an offer to buy the edition displayed for that ordering window. We accept an order only after Shopify confirms payment and every line has valid production data. We then use the order email or mobile number for the paid-order confirmation described above before production; it is not a second change window. If we cannot accept or produce an order, we will explain why and refund the affected amount.

7. Electronic terms and transaction record

These terms and the incorporated Contact, Returns, Shipping and Privacy policies are available to print or save before checkout. After an accepted order, Shopify provides a confirmation and order-status page recording the seller, order items, personalisation, prices, delivery details, payment status and applicable policy terms.

The confirmation email and order-status page remain accessible while Shopify retains the relevant record and makes the page available; access may later require identity verification. Shopify does not state one fixed customer-access period for every order record, so you should print, download or save the confirmation and applicable terms promptly. You may email warcryoperations@gmail.com for a copy of the transaction record held by WARCRY, subject to lawful identity checks and retention limits.

8. Payments

Shopify checkout shows the payment methods available for your order. WARCRY does not receive your full card number or security code. Checks performed by the payment provider, the customer’s bank and Shopify apply. A failed payment or an unpaid basket does not reserve an edition.

9. Limited sales period

Drop 01 moves through four limited editions. Edition 01 accepts successful payment through 6 September 2026 at 23:59 SAST; Edition 02 from 7–16 September; Edition 03 from 17–26 September; and Edition 04 from 27 September through 6 October 2026 at 23:59 SAST. When an edition closes, it retires from new sale and is not reopened merely because a basket was created earlier. A future edition is offered only after its artwork is displayed on the store. We may close an edition earlier only if genuine production capacity is reached or continuing to accept orders would be unsafe or unlawful. Closing an edition does not cancel accepted orders or limit remedies for goods already bought.

10. Dispatch and delivery

The timestamp when successful payment is completed assigns the order to an edition and its estimated customer-delivery window: Edition 01, 18–25 September 2026; Edition 02, 1–8 October 2026; Edition 03, 8–15 October 2026; and Edition 04, 19–26 October 2026. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The production rationale, address requirements and delay process are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By completing payment, you agree that fulfilment is planned for the displayed delivery window. It is a date range, not an appointment on a particular day or at a particular time. This does not waive any mandatory consumer right or remedy for unreasonable delay, non-delivery or other breach.

11. Changes, cancellation and returns

Because each shirt is made to the customer’s specifications, ordinary change-of-mind cancellation or return rights may be limited once production begins. This does not affect any right arising from direct marketing, defective or unsafe goods, an incorrect item, a material mismatch with the agreed description, or another right that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

12. Delivery information

Provide your first and last name, working email, complete South African delivery address and working shipping mobile number. Address line 2 and customer accounts are optional. We use order contacts to confirm the saved paid-order details and estimated delivery window and to send necessary service messages, not marketing. Contact us immediately about errors; an address change after dispatch cannot be promised. We remain responsible until delivery as required by law.

13. Intellectual property

WARCRY artwork, brand elements, layouts, photography, video, copy and the customiser are protected. Purchasing a shirt transfers ownership of that physical item only and does not grant rights to reproduce, sell or commercially exploit the artwork. You promise that the surname or text you submit does not unlawfully impersonate another person or infringe third-party rights.

14. Liability and mandatory rights

We do not exclude liability or remedies that may not lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, defective goods, unlawful conduct or mandatory consumer remedies.

15. Events outside reasonable control

Production, courier, infrastructure or other events outside reasonable control may affect an estimated delivery window. We will communicate material delays and offer the remedies required by law. An external event does not allow us to keep payment indefinitely without supplying the goods or an appropriate remedy.

16. Governing law and disputes

South African law governs these terms. First email warcryoperations@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Consumers retain access to courts, regulators and recognised ombud processes available under law.
